The Axe Band set to embark on Texas concert

Kathmandu- Pulsating, energetic and rocking-that is how The Nepali community in Dallas, Texas is buzzing about the city’s largest music Festival July 7th at Toyota Music Factory. The Nepcine Summer Music Festival with the Axe Band, sponsored by Lonestar Fish Games, is expected to be huge. With power-packed performances by stars such as Ankit Dhakal, Band- Accentors, Monday Junkies and Near Mirrors. Renowned Shyam Nepali and Barsha Karmacharya will be appearing as well. Fans can expect a fusion of traditional Nepali vocals and blues.
“We are excited to perform at Toyota Music Factory, which is the biggest concert venue we’ve played to date in the US. The fans are great and we’re always excited to work with the Nepcine team. The show is going to be crazy and we’ll be playing all of our hit songs” says the Axe band’s frontman Shiva Mukhiya. The band will be performing in various major cities with huge Nepali residents on the management of Fuzon International who is the official promoter of the band on USA. The band is set to perform songs from its collection of both old and new including few songs from its upcoming album at the concerts, as stated in the statement.
“We’ll be ready with a line-up of Nepali traditional Sarangi music” Shyam Nepali adds. “Since the audience is diverse, we’ve tailored the set list accordingly” Expect entertaining numbers such as “Timro Ek Muskan” by Ankit and “Sarara” by Barsha Karmacharya will be sure to get the fans jumping.
The Accentors Band credits the band’s versatility to the diverse musical influence of its members. “Everyone in the band comes from a different musical background which adds uniqueness to our sound” .
For Dallas people Near Mirror, the band born out of passion for music is going to win the heart of Dallas Fans. The band lauds the corporates in the Millennium City who are finding time for their passions besides their busy life. “It’s so cool to get a chance to perform in such a big concert hall in front of huge crowd in the Summer Festival.” Says Monday Junkies ( The band remember, when they were in college they alwayshad a dream to perform in big concert hall. Now our dream comes true(smiles).
